The multifunctional hall on the 1st floor covers 880 sqm. It can hold conference of 700 people or banquet of 400 people.

The training area on the 2nd floor has 9 conference rooms, 2 classrooms, 1 VIP room and 1 library. The training area is equipped with Internet access, simultaneous interpretation system, projector and Hi-fi. The recreation center offers gym, sauna, swimming pool, bowling, squash, shuffleboard, billiard, table tennis, chess and card room, bar and KTV. The individual tennis court covers 4800 sqm.
